Reciprocal MLS Listing Entry


MLS Participants and Subscribers that participate in the Statewide MLS Reciprocal are able to submit listings for entry into the Suncoast MLS. All property classes (Residential, Land, Rental, Multi-Family and Commercial) may be entered. MLS Staff will verify that submissions are from a participating reciprocal member as well as review the listing information for accuracy. There is a charge for listing and photo entry* (explained below).

Step 1: Complete the Reciprocal Authorization Form. After completion, this form must be faxed to your Primary MLS for signature. Fax the signed form to Suncoast MLS at 727-231-8070 along with a copy of the MLS listing as it appears in your MLS. 

Complete, save and attach to email with photo (s) or fax to (727)231-8070.  Please submit the Payment Authorization Form. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard American Express or Discover cards.

Listing input fee: $50 for listing entry
$9 for first photo (required for Residential, Rentals and Multi-Family listings)
$5 for each additional photo.

Step 3: Make sure to fill in all required fields (Noted with a (R) next to the field). Remember, the more information you provide the more marketable you make your property. (PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY)

  • Some fields like Public Remarks, Driving Directions and Realtor Remarks have limited space so only use the space provided.
  • For Reciprocal entries (Non-PRO members) Realtor Only Remarks must begin with the following statement: Reciprocal Agent Name / Agent Office, Agent Phone / Office Phone

Step 4: Make sure to include your name, office and association you are a member of on your FAX cover sheet.

  • Non-PRO members please make sure to include your association’s telephone number and contact person so we may verify membership.

Step 5: Send us your new listings photos

  • E-mail your photos to helpdesk@tampabayrealtor.com and please include the property address in the subject line of the email. Remember PRO Rules and Regulations require photos be submitted within three business days so please send us your photos when you send in your profile sheet.
  • Once MLS staff has verified payment with Accounting and received the listing, Reciprocal Authorization Form and the applicable photos, the listing will be entered into the MLS system. You will receive a “.pdf” of your listing via email once the listing is entered. Please allow 2-3 days for payment verification and listing entry.

Step 7: If you have any changes that need to be made to your listing or to report a Change of Status:

*Note to PRO Members: As always, PRO members can enter their own listings in the MLS without a fee. Method of entry is determined by your Designated Broker. You may choose this option if you do not wish to enter your listing yourself, for the same charge as reciprocal entry fees.
