In Tempo 5.0, you can allow other active members of your office to log in as you so that they may maintain your listings and prospects. This is a great new feature if you are a member of a team or for anyone who simply wants to take a few days off.
If you click on your name at the top right corner of the screen, you will be able to create a new shared identity or delete an existing one.
Once you have selected the person who you want to allow to log in as you, the other member will be able to click on their own name and from the list labeled “select the member you want to sign in as” and click on your name. This will log them out as themselves and in as you without the need to generate a new SafeMLS password.
You must opt to allow the shared identity, it cannot be done without your permission.

A. Section 5.14 of the PRO Rules & Regulations states that it is the listing Participant’s responsibility to advertise the listed property. Other Participants must not advertise the listed property without the listing Participant’s consent. This means that you may not send mailings with lists of properties for sale in subdivisions if they are not your listings. It also means that you may not put similar lists on your website unless IDX is being used as the form of Internet advertising. Please read Sections 5.14 and 11.10 (Advertising Listed Property and Reproduction of Listings), 11.2 (IDX Rules) and 11.11 (Rules regarding Sold listing advertising options) to make sure that you are in compliance with your Association Rules.

To enter a statistical listing all you have to do is enter it as you normally would with just a few differences. First of all a statistical listing can only be entered after the listing is Sold. Once the listing is sold, follow the steps below:
- Where the system asks for the Listing Agent you need to do one of the following:
- If you were the Listing Agent but did not put it in the MLS because the Owner requested it not go in the MLS: Enter yourself as the listing agent as normal and make sure you keep the written request of the owner on file.
- If you were not the Listing Agent and the Listing Agent was either not a Realtor or not a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area (for example: an Orlando Realtor) please select Non-MLS Member as the listing agent (MLS ID: 999999, Office ID: 599999)
- Where the system asks for List Type (Where you would normally choose Exclusive Right or Exclusive Brokerage) please select Statistical Entry. This indicates that the listing was only entered for Statistical Purposes and not actually sold via the MLS.
- After you have entered the listing, go to Add/Edit and choose Change Status to move this listing to Sold. For the Selling Agent you will need to do one of the following:
- If you were the Selling Agent then enter yourself as the selling agent as normal.
- If you were not the Selling Agent but the Selling Agent was a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area then enter that Selling Agent’s information as normal.
- If you were not the Selling Agent and the Selling Agent was either not a Realtor or not a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area (for example: an Orlando Realtor) please select Non-MLS Member as the Selling agent (MLS ID: 999999, Office ID: 599999)
