Q. How do I log in to the MLS?

A. To Log in to the MLS do the following:

 

Open Internet Explorer,

In the Address Bar type in the following address: http://www.pinellasrealtor.org

When the page loads completely, click on the Marketlinx Icon on the Right Hand Side of the Page. This link brings you to the New Login Screen.

 

In the User ID Field enter your MLS ID number.

In the Safe MLS Password field enter the Password that displays on your token when you press the grey button. A new Safe MLS password is needed every time you log in to the system.

In the User PIN field enter the PIN number that you created when you registered your token.

Click the Login button

Q. Why is it that I cannot log in to the MLS? (Not Active)

A. The reason you are not able to login to the MLS is because your account is currently displaying not active. I cannot tell from help desk system why that is. In order to correct this situation you will need to contact Membership to figure out why you account status is currently inactive. Their number is 727-347-7655.

Scout for SafeMLS

Office and Personal Assistants - Important information regarding the Scout for MLS access

On Wednesday, March 31st we will begin discontinuing the use of the SafeMLS tokens.  The new system, Scout for SafeMLS, will require that the broker and any assistants they employ use a single password. 

When you log into Tempo on the 31st you will be prompted to agree to a Terms of Use agreement and create a new password.  Your new password must be exactly six characters long including at least one number. 

To ensure uninterrupted MLS access, discuss and agree on your shared password with your broker or agent before the cutover on March 30th.  Make sure that the first person to log into Tempo after that date enters the password that you chose.


Identity Sharing:

To allow another active member in your office to sign in as you; you can create a shared identity.  Please click here for instructions on “Identity Sharing” in Tempo 5.
