A. When emailing listings in TEMPO, always go to the bottom of the page after getting your Results and choose the “Email Listings” button. Never go to the Top of Internet Explorer and choose the Email Button or Send Mail.

Q: What will I have to do with my existing prospects when we convert to Tempo 5.0?
A: Nothing, absolutely nothing! On Oct 14th the notifications from Tempo 4.0 will be terminated and notifications from Tempo5 will be activated. But, if you want to get a head start….everything is already in the Tempo 5.0 system for you to take action. All of your Contacts and Prospect searches are in Tempo 5.0. Verify that your photo and personal defaults are set in Tempo 5.0 before using the Tempo 5.0 Client Gateway and notifications. Let your clients know to expect a slightly different Client Gateway link and tell them of the wonderful updates with the new Gateway, such as satellite mapping.
As always, “do unto you before others”. Set yourself, a colleague or friend up in Tempo 5.0 as a prospect “guinea pig” to become familiar with the process before you activate your current prospects. And don’t forget if you turn a prospect “on” in 5.0, turn them “off” in 4.0. Otherwise your prospects will receive duplicate emails of listing information.
