A: Your agent photo came over from Tempo 4, but you need to re-add your email  signature when you start using Tempo 5.  Go to the Preferences section under  the MY TOOLS icon and fill in your email signature on the main contact  information page.  Your broker can add the office logo for your entire office.   They have a separate permission to do that, so if they don’t know how, have  them contact the MLS Help Desk for assistance at 727-344-7767 or email helpdesk@tampabayrealtor.com.

Do you need Supra Support?


My lockbox is not working.
For lockbox technical support call Supra at 1-877-699-6787 8am to 10pm EST /7 days a week. You will need your ActiveKEY or eKEY serial number and the lockbox serial number to speak to their technical support. If Supra is unable to fix your lockbox issue you must ask for a reference number. Bring your lockbox and reference number to PRO and we will exchange the defective lockbox. Note: Do not cut off a lockbox without a reference number from Supra.


My ActiveKEY or eKEY is not working.
Call Supra for technical support at 1-877-699-6787 8am to 10pm EST /7 days a week.
If your ActiveKEY issue can not be resolved, Supra may ask you to bring your ActiveKEY and or charger to PRO for an exchange. The ActiveKEY is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials. You must have insurance for lost, damaged or stolen keys.
If your eKEY device has issues that can not be resolved then call PRO for information about a loaner key at 727-347-7655 option 2. Loaner keys are offered for a two week period and as available.

Identity Sharing

In Tempo 5.0, you can allow other active members of your office to log in as you so that they may maintain your listings and prospects.  This is a great new feature if you are a member of a team or for anyone who simply wants to take a few days off. 

If you click on your name at the top right corner of the screen, you will be able to create a new shared identity or delete an existing one.

Once you have selected the person who you want to allow to log in as you, the other member will be able to click on their own name and from the list labeled “select the member you want to sign in as” and click on your name.  This will log them out as themselves and in as you without the need to generate a new SafeMLS password.

You must opt to allow the shared identity, it cannot be done without your permission.
