Q: Do I have to re-enter my agent photo, office logo and email signature to see them
in Tempo 5?
A: Your agent photo came over from Tempo 4, but you need to re-add your email signature when you start using Tempo 5. Go to the Preferences section under the MY TOOLS icon and fill in your email signature on the main contact information page. Your broker can add the office logo for your entire office. They have a separate permission to do that, so if they don’t know how, have them contact the MLS Help Desk for assistance at 727-344-7767 or email helpdesk@tampabayrealtor.com.

A. You will need to scan all disclosures in black and white with a low resolution setting with your scanner. The scan will need to be saved as either a Microsoft Word document or and Adobe PDF. The MLS will only accept a maximum file size of 400 Kb for these types of files. Unfortunately, since there are many scanners out there, it is hard for us to diagnose exactly what steps it would take. You will need to contact either your manual or manufacturer tech support of your scanner for exact instructions on scanning and changing scan settings.

A. Go to My Page à Add/Edit
View your listing either by Agent or by MLS Number
Select the listing you want and click Edit Media.
At the bottom of the page you will see a button that says Add New Media. Select what type of Media you want and click Add New Media.
On the Next Page Click the Browse button with the line number 1. This will bring up a Choose File window, and is where you need to find and select your desired photo.
Once that is done, repeat the same step for line 2 and so on for each additional photo.
Once all of your desired photos are selected simply click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. This will upload the photos to the media server and automatically attach them to your listing.
