Do you need Supra Support?


My lockbox is not working.
For lockbox technical support call Supra at 1-877-699-6787 8am to 10pm EST /7 days a week. You will need your ActiveKEY or eKEY serial number and the lockbox serial number to speak to their technical support. If Supra is unable to fix your lockbox issue you must ask for a reference number. Bring your lockbox and reference number to PRO and we will exchange the defective lockbox. Note: Do not cut off a lockbox without a reference number from Supra.


My ActiveKEY or eKEY is not working.
Call Supra for technical support at 1-877-699-6787 8am to 10pm EST /7 days a week.
If your ActiveKEY issue can not be resolved, Supra may ask you to bring your ActiveKEY and or charger to PRO for an exchange. The ActiveKEY is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials. You must have insurance for lost, damaged or stolen keys.
If your eKEY device has issues that can not be resolved then call PRO for information about a loaner key at 727-347-7655 option 2. Loaner keys are offered for a two week period and as available.

Beware buyer, Seiichiro Matsubayashi, trying to make too-good-of offers on real estate in your area. Received the following (and it’s the same text on other agents that have received this email).


Thanks so much for your email, I will like to offer $419,000.00 MLS#:2887643 because I love the curb appeal of this property,
please send me the contract for me to sign and return immediately this will be my retirement home and it will be a cash buy

1. I will want to close on 19th July, 2010

2. I want to put down $5,000.00 Earnest money + $150,000.00 down payment towards home.
3. I want to put contingency on inspection on the contract.

My legal name is Seiichiro Matsubayashi of 2000 Sheppard Avenue, Toronto Ontario Canada M3N 2J1 and I am single, I will not be in Canada before the closing date to wire the funds to your attorney so I will advice you to send me your attorney information for a check to be drawn to give enough time for check clearance since I wont be in Canada to wire funds for closing.

Read several other posts online and it’s always the same. Get the deal accepted and then wires funds. Terminates the deal quickly and then tries to get a refund before the checks clear. Total scam. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

The Suncoast MLS was notified by an agent that she found one of her vacant listings had a family in it renting from a company called Ocean Avenue Investments www.oceanavenuepartners.com in connection with a local company Ross Harris Investments. Neither of these companies has any rights to the property to sell or lease it. The listing agent and the property owner have filed a police report, and the agent wanted other members to be aware of a possible scam.

On Tuesday evening July 6, 2010 we will release several new enhancements to Realist as requested by MLS organizations nationwide.
Below is a quick snapshot of a few of the important changes included in this release. We encourage you to review the release notes for more information.

 

NEW FEATURES

 

Foreclosure History Added to Property Detail Report for Non-Foreclosed Properties

 

 

The new "Prior" Foreclosure History section now provides details on a property that is currently not in foreclosure; but has a history of foreclosure with the existing borrower. This new feature allows agents to identify properties/owners that may be at risk and proactively market their listing services to this new class of homeowners that may be seeking to sell their existing property.

 

 

Foreclosure Stage Definitions Available on Property Detail Report

Foreclosure stage definitions will now be provided to a user when they mouse-over the foreclosure flag on the Property Detail Report. View definitions for pre-foreclosure, auction and bank-owned properties.

  • Pre-Foreclosure: The lender has filed a public default notice initiating the process to foreclose on the property.
  • Auction: Properties in which a date for an auction has been set as a result of a mortgage default and foreclosure-related proceedings.
  • Bank-Owned: Lender has completed the foreclosure and is the current owner of the property.

 

Drop-down Now Available for Street Suffixes

A drop-down box has been added for Street Suffixes within Address Search and Foreclosure Activity Search. Users can manually input a street suffix or choose from options such as: Ct, Cir, Pl, Ave, Way, Rd, etc.

The addition of the drop-down box will minimize entry errors and the variation of suffixes that can be entered.
