How to declare your token as lost or broken.

If you ever lose or break your token, you can receive a temporary password and PIN number that will be good for four days.
Start by going to the Tempo login page. The second link below the login button reads "Lost/Broken Token". If you click on the link you will be asked for your MLS ID, and to answer your three security questions (Your: City of birth, Year of birth and your mother’s middle name). Within minutes of answering these questions you will receive an email containing a temporary password and PIN that will be good for four days.
Emergency passwords cannot be renewed so you must come to the offices of the Pinellas Realtor Organization between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday to replace your token.
Broken tokens are replaced at no charge, simply bring in and return the broken token. The cost for the replacement of a lost token is $35.00.
