Here are just some of the new enhancements you will learn about:

  • New Advanced Comparative Market Analysis Package.  Users can now:
    • Create, customize and save CMA packages;
    • Add subject property and client information;
    • Enter property feature pricing adjustments; and
    • Create side-by-side comparison reports.
  • Automatic login pass through to MLS Advantage from the user’s local MLS.  There is no need to have a separate user ID and password for MLS Advantage!
  • When new listings become available in MLS Advantage, they can now be automatically emailed to clients.
  • Enhanced mapping performance makes searches faster, easier and more user-friendly. 
  • Additional search fields have been added, including owner’s name, school district, street direction, builder’s name, and legal description.
  • New ability to search a 10-mile radius from any address.
