Situation:
With Norton Internet Security™ or Norton Personal Firewall™ enabled, you cannot open some pages at one of many MLS system Web sites used by the real estate industry.
Information is missing
The Intrusion Detection feature of Norton Internet Security and Norton Personal Firewall recognizes some functions in the map.marketlinx.com site as suspicious traffic and blocks those functions. To permit those functions, add the URL_Directory_Traversal entry to the Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall signature exclusions list.
To add an entry to the signature exclusions list
-
Open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.
-
Click Status & Settings.

-
Double-click Intrusion Detection. You see the Intrusion Detection window.

-
Click Signatures. You see the Intrusions Detection Signature Exclusions window.
Please note some versions may only show an advanced button on the above screen if this is your situation just click the advanced button and proceed to step 5 below.

-
Find and click the entry URL_Directory_Transversal in the Signatures Box.
-
Click Exclude. Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall moves the URL_Directory_Transversal entry from the Signatures list to the Exclusions list.
-
Click OK, and then click OK again.
-
Close Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.
Go back to Tempo and give it a try.

A. Go to My Page à Add/Edit
View your listing either by Agent or by MLS Number
Select the listing you want and click Edit Media.
At the bottom of the page you will see a button that says Add New Media. Select what type of Media you want and click Add New Media.
On the Next Page Click the Browse button with the line number 1. This will bring up a Choose File window, and is where you need to find and select your desired photo.
Once that is done, repeat the same step for line 2 and so on for each additional photo.
Once all of your desired photos are selected simply click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. This will upload the photos to the media server and automatically attach them to your listing.

A. What you are experiencing is incompatibility with AOL. We have never fully supported Aol. Before this last update there were a lot of incompatibility issues with Marketlinx and AOL, which would render some features in Marketlinx unusable. Now, AOL is completely incompatible with Marketlinx, however there is a solution. The following is a solution if you have AOL as your Internet Service Provider.
1. Open AOL and log in
2. Minimize (not close) AOL and open Internet Explorer
3. Go to www.pinellasrealtor.org and click on the Marketlinx logo to Log In.
*Please note that if you do not have your token yet you can still log in at the bottom of the new login screen using your current User ID and Password.
